Vegas Dedicated Server files

Along with the release of the v1.03 patch on 01/16/07 the files for a dedicated server were also released. I haven't read any further than that. Here is the official News item:

Basically....still no dedicated server files. What they did release was something the R6 community worked on, but it still requires the game in the drive (impossible to run a dedicated server since there is no graphics card - which is checked in the starting of the server).
