Task Manager

I'm at my parent's house trying to "fix" their computer...

What in the world would cause Windows Task Manager to be blank? It shows there are so many processes running but it does not display what they are in the window. I've played with the options for viewing, but it does not show up??

Which tab are you looking at? Applications or Resources? What are you trying to fix?

Well then, head over to Microsoft's site and download this program called Autoruns. It will tell you everything that is starting and running and then some.
