Can you assign key bindings for Teamspeak like you could in Ventrilo?

I want to assign a joystick button for push-to-talk for when I'm flying, but I can't seem to find where to set it up.

Also, now that I'm getting rFactor, I'd like to set a wheel button for push-to-talk as well. (so you can hear me scream as I wail into the wall at 150 mph)

I see there is an app called joytokey that lets you map a button to a keyboard key, but my regular PTT is mouse4.

Can you have more than one PTT?

Sounds like TS3 will have this, and many other ventrilo features...hope it's soon!

Hey P-Dad. I could not get TS to identify my buttons on my wheel, eiethr by Direct Input or even by assigning the button to a keystroke that was then assigned as my PTT. I started using JoytoKey just this week and it works fine. You can setup multiple buttons on 2 different controllers through tabs within the JoytoKey interface.

Sure makes it it nicer then hunting for the keyboard when trying to draft 3 wide.

Thanks Tomb, good to know it works. I'll have to get that set up right away!

UPDATE: Just fiddling with my Logitech Wingman software, and it also allows keystroke assignments. I just set up a Teamspeak profile, and that seemed to work...

Wow. Mine did not work. Assigned button 3 in Wingman software as keystroke, L SHIFT, and still no go. Only using JoytoKey has got it to work. Mine is an old wheel so maybe there is a problem with translating the input. Who knows...go figure.

Hope to see and hear you in the Racing Channels on TS soon. Be sure to get some of the other open wheel guys to test drive some of those mods with you so you all can tell us which ones to download. :D

I've already downloaded Formula_One_2005_by_CTDP_V1.2 and I'll give that a try first. It's won some awards and seems to be very popular in other leagues. Also, it has authentic F1 cars and tracks. As soon as the mailman brings my CD, I'll let you know!

UPDATE: It just arrived! It's going in now....
