I downloaded new drivers for my ATI card and Steam was included. I can re-install all my old HalfLife games like CS and DOD through Steam even if I can't find my discs. It has all my codes in my account still.

Wow thanks for the walk down memory lane Mac. I haven't played DOD for so long I almost forgot about it. I cherish the memories of the old DB days. We had many hours of fun on Dawgs custom server, showing other wannabe clans how to play a custom map. I remember his first custom map "Mountain" and so many others. I think I still have everything burnt onto cd somewhere. And yeah FD is probably a 4 star by now, he is the army type for sure.

All this nostalgia kinda makes me want to load up Dod for a quick run through. I have a good friend at work who has never played BF2 but is still true to Dod source and plays in a Battle for Europe spin-off league. His buddies are just now starting to play BF2, can you imagine what they must be thinking.
