BF2 Special Forces patch?

Ok was wondering if there is a seperate patch for Special Forces other than the 500+ mb patch i d/l'ed for BF2.. Thanks chisel

I always thought that the SF patches were included in the regular BF2 patches? Let me look into this a little and I will post back (unless someone else knows right off the bat).
