*Disregard my post below...I have heard that the folder structure is different so that my suggestion would not work. Thanks Kilr for the modified car pack.*
Isn't VHR in its own install folder? You should be able to run the current v3 installer BUT when it asks for the directory to install just BROWSE to the VHR install "Gamedata/vehicles/" folder.
Or just find where the CHEVY, DODGE, FORD, and TOYOTA folders are located and install there.

It is a new stock car mod for rfactor that is being tested to see what features it has, how stable it is, how the tracks are rendered, etc. With the ups and downs we have gone thru with NROS we just want to see what other mods may be in contention for being the mod we un our Monday night series on.
I believe Viper is hosting a test server (not on the dedicated box) to see how the mod shakes out. I know they are looking for as much feedback as possible.

looks like he took everything down today, what a shame. the community did it to itself.
how unfortunate that we have the ungrateful people among us that have to criticize other peoples hard work on something that is FREE! that the person just decides enough is enough, and drops the whole project. Im not going to even comment on the "threats" issue. it will probably be best that i keep my mouth shut on that on because i want to remain on this forum.

I guess the guy is a quitter and cant take constructive criticism. Thats a shame. It had potential if he just took the problems and worked on them. I thought it could be better than NROS. Too bad.

I was interested in different options for STOCK CARS as well. Few of my friends still play NSR as do I. I have rFactor but never got into it. The guys I ran with really had an issue with some of its stock car options and how the physics were rendered. Over my head -- I just do the setups and run the cars. LOL...
Theres always ARCA, when it comes....

I think the mod is pretty good. I have not fully tested it yet. I will keep it on my computer and play with it. I also sent out an email encouraging the author to continue with it. Please reply here on your thoughts of what you have seen of it so far. Interested to know what everyone else thinks about it.

It will only stand a chance if it has backing from the author or someone else picks it up. Although thats pretty obvious. Its like John Madden telling us the team that ends the game with the most points wins. LOL...
