Hey guys, just wondering what you all think of COD4 now that the multi-player version is out. I'm thinking of picking up a copy but I'd like to know if it's worth the $$.

I really enjoy the game play. Well worth the cash in my opinion.

It actually has a worthwhile single player campaign. The multiplayer is not BF2 and that is both good and bad. It has alot of potential for ladder play, especially with the different game types. I am one that hopes the map modding tools get released soon so some bigger maps can be made. I am also wanting to try out the Hardcore mode.

I'd spend the $ on it Troll. It's a good game and like Tombstone said, there's some good potential for ladder play.

It's worth it. Like Tomb said "it's not BF2." I find myself wanting to Q-spot people, and jump into vehicles, but at the same time, It's not as intensive for the graphics card to play, and it doesn't take 6 hours to load a map. I'm expecting a patch to come out in the not-to distant future. But the glitches are small, and I think the weapon balance is spot on so far. I'm glad I bought it.
