Are skins banable by PB?

I posted in your other thread (on patch 1.3) but I read in a few forums that custom skins won't work with the new patch - FYI.

Have yet to play CoD 4.. But I can tell you "modified" crosshairs only, in the prior CoD games were 99.9% of the time the result of using a hack, usually an aimbot, and were banned.. I do doubt though, that a skin including this would get you banned.. If PbBans operates like PsB, "questionable" screenshots are submitted and then reviewed and voted on by other admins as to if it is or is not a cheat..
