Well it has been out almost a year and RB6 Vegas is below $20 in stores. I finally bought it and played it last night. I had a lot of fun with Brit, Crazy, Slaughter and special guest star P-Dad. The chatter among the potty-mouthed, financially irresponsible terrorists is worth the $20.

Thanks Nip...I may actually have this game before the new one is released. How safe are these downloads? I'm assuming it's no different than using EA to download patches, etc.

Last night (friday) we tried the co-op 'story mode' it was great, different maps (ie the single player story mode maps) and a linear story

It was a blast Mac!! Anytime those potty mouth bastards want to feel the wrath of my M8 or 12 gauge I say BRING IT ON! :p

This is really a great game MAC. I'm glad to see it's getting some renewed action. We'll have to start some adversarial if we keep getting a good turnout.

Hopefully, the new R6 will have more than 4 players in coop...

I have this and it has been awhile since I've played it (my God what a large patch file to download). I did some searching around to see if they ever released dedicated server files and it looks like they finally did. Looking into seeing if we can start one that doesn't require the full game or many system resources....coop is obviously set at silly 4 player maximum, but adversarial is 16 I think.

I might have to pick this one up since it's not using that stupid StarForce protection crap on it. I have R6 Lockdown but refuse to install it for that very reason.

Balti, while you are patching, don't forget to download the new maps, it's free download from the Vegas website

the patch isn't too bad sask but the add on maps is a pretty big file which you might want to do overnight if you have a slow connection.
