New ATI Drivers v6.2

Just saw that these were posted for download. Anyone playing BF2:SF that updated their ATI drivers recently would have noticed the blooming effect in night vision mode was out of control. These drivers fix that.

I finally got the correct page to load and now I have downloaded the new drivers; however they are version v6.1 not v6.2. Hopefully it will work. remember I kept complaining about the night vision not being right and I couldn't see right? Well I hope it works now. I had more trouble just getting the pages to load! I even rebooted my computer three times but it still took a long time.
