Transferring player files

Does anybody know if its possible to move a multiplayer account to a different computer? I've been playing COD4 on my old computer and want to move my stats over to my new computer when I get it up and running.

Yes I did it when I bought this one from Nip. Copy the entire folder of C:\ProgramFiles\Activision\COD4\players onto your new one...it should work fine and you'll see your stuff the first time you log in.
