Alright I think I have it set properly now. One of the guys from Art of War has been tweaking the server all day. He went out and bought a copy of the game. He just started playing it and he likes it. I invited him into the TS server so if a guy named DeadHeart shows up you will know who he is. He added more memory to the box it is on and it does seem a little less laggy when full. I had a full server this afternoon and it played pretty awesome. The Team Deathmatch mode seems to be the most popular with no respawn. I have been playing with some guys from the SCE and the PBclan on their servers. Pretty good bunch of players. They play hardcore with FF on and don't take shit.
