Where do i send my car?

Hey I'm new. I ment to do this a few days ago but where do i send my car file? I plan on racing tonight, will i be able to use my car tonight or is it to late for that? thanks

The skin packs get released on Saturday's. You'll need to make sure you have the latest skin pack and more than likely you'll need to show up in a default car tonight. Viper is in charge of the car files.
