I tried to update my spotter and screwed up my game. Reinstalled it and now I'm having the problem getting the game to patch that alot of other people are having. Been trying to get it back up for 2 days. I give up at this point, will try again later and maybe I'll get it going before next weeks race.

hey scott i just had the same trouble with a freind of mines arca , heres what i did.uninstalled it did a disc cleanup and a defragg , then reinstalled , did the 1st patch manually , that means put it in c;program files/arca remax and ran it from there , then used the installer for the second patch and it worked fine . it wasnt the first time i reinstalled the exact game and had no problems then but that was before the 1128b patch and thats where i had the problem . works fine doing it this way . hope this helps.

have did those exact steps with the exception of the cleanup and defrag, will try it again with those, thanks bud
