I downloaded Desert Conflict and it didn't give me a desktop icon to start the game. I can't find it in the program files either.

I'm having the same problem. Can't find the .exe file.

i think theres some more patches for this mod were missing....i dont have the link but i read and downloaded 2 other patches , 0.16 , 0.16b , 0.20
