hey fellers can you help me out...i installed pr core files then the levels and now when i get to the load screen for a server ive chosen it drops to desktop .maybe theres a patch im missing?

there is a 0.6 patch for this , doesd anyone remember doing the patch?

Ice....Pulver is the PR guy. He's out at sea right now. I have no idea what the patches were etc. Maybe search the forums on here for info? I'll check my emails as I think Pulver may have sent me some stuff a while back. I'll get back to you asap.

I am guessing that you need to update your PR game to 0.8. www.realitymod.com

My second guess: Update your punkbuster by playing in a vanilla BF2 server for a couple minutes. Then exit and fire up PR and try to join.

I was getting booted out of servers all the time as well. Also, read the forums on www.realitymod.com Your not the only one having issues.

Main thing is to get the 0.8 update.

Iceman, I downloaded it the other night and it worked fine but you have to be on version 0.8.

ok thats what i thought after finding the patch i know its not pb cause it drops to desktop when it should start loading not after im in . thx guys ill try it when i get home.

Make sure you unistall all previous versions of PR before installing PR 0.8. It has to be a fresh install. Also, the PR download site has been known to give you a corrupted download. Try uninstalling all you PR, redownload PR 0.8 then install that.

well guys i downloaded and installed again and its doing the same thing ... when i choose a server and hit deploy it stops for a second and then drops to desktop so if anyone has an idea ill try it other then that i cant play it.
