Scrim?

Hi all,
Imagine our surprise to find you guys online and friends waiting to play with us. Woot!
We thought we were one of the first Clans to put up a COD5 Server. Consequently, we got a lot of new recruits which we desperately needed to stay in League play. Like our Server, you play a variety of Formats/Games. We don't play Search & Destroy, as you can sit too long until the next game. Not good for pubbers. All the rest we also play and enjoy.

Why say all this???

Knowing you guys, I think we can have a good time scrimming each other in all of these different formats. We can get 7-8-10, even 12 players right now to play with any notice. We always had good close games in the past. Let's continue that!

We both have Servers. Old Warriors Society, 8.6.75.130. We can both pw. Let's pick a day a week to play amongst ourselves versus pubbing.

Hey Salvaje...nice to hear from ya! It's been a while...pretty much since COD4 started dying down. I have WaW, but haven't been playing it a lot...I got hooked on FarCry2 (great game btw). That being said, I'm always up for a good scrim...promotes teamwork and clan pride (Not gay pride Hedge). Plus, it's usually fun.

If others are interested, I'm in. The best nights this week for me are Friday or Saturday night.

This game is new. Let's take it a baby step at a time. We have seen you guys on our Server and vice-versa. I sent Ninja a rather lengthy pm (sorry) about my overall vision. I see this as an opportunitty for 2 like-minded Clans to keep in touch and share in the fun.

Maybe pick a night, to start, and we'll each split up the Teams on whoever shows. Even let in pubbers if we need. You know once we designate a night - it'll grow. Why? Simply b/c OSG and oWs are too fun to play with!!!

Since it's only for fun, why not schedule it for Friday or Saturday night? Chances are most of us will be playing one of those nights (if not both) anyway. Like Salvaje said, if we or them don't have enough players, we can split up to even things out. If it catches on (which it prob will), we can take turns hosting.

I don't mind being the negotiation/correspondence guy, but I don't know the maps or the types of gameplay yet. If that's not a problem, I can relay info back and forth to their forums.

Sorry guys, Fri-Sat are our 2 WORST nights. Too many have to spend time with the wife/family. We can still get a contigent to show up if we agree to those nights, but much prefer ANY other night!

In the meantime, let's populate each other's Server until we find a time to play. Right now, we are finding a full Server on Tues-Thur-Sun's.

I know our priority is populating our own server, but here's oWs's server IP if you'd like to add it to your favorites...8.6.75.130:28960. At least this way if our server is slow or we simply feel like paying them a visit, you have the IP already.
