BFROE.COM (http://www.bfroe.com) is a basic site for reporting Rules of Engagement violations. You must take note of a players name and if possible search using one of the tracker sites for their player ID. So if you're sick of watching players get away with cheating, glitching, or stat padding. REPORT THEM!
You can view the offical ROE here (http://www.bf2rankedservers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=251).

Hey Beaner,
I know this might seem like a stupid question but is there an official site with "Rules of Engagement", or are they server specific? I for one do not know what stats padding is. I do know however; that there seems to be "HUGE" discrepancies between what is legit. and what constitutes someone breaking the rules.

I noticed that you had to enter your email address to even look at the ROE. That sends up a red flag to me for someone who has set up a site to farm email addresses or possible phishing. I would be leery of using this site to report someone unless they show more than a quote from an alleged employee of EA. Beaner posted a separate link to the authorized EA site for servers to show the ROE. All it tells you is how servers are to be configured and basically not to let the KKK, Al Queda or the Girl Scouts on your server to abuse people. Doesn't look right to me.
This taken right from the BFROE site. Sounds like Barney Fife is on the job.
What happens when I report a player?
When a potential violation is reported, our system crawls through numerous Battlefield 2 resources in order to generate a summary of the player's statistical information.
Once a brief report is generated, BFROE Officers and Directors analyze the statistical data gathered by our system with great scrutiny. Additionally, old fashioned methods are used to get a clearer picture of who is in violation of the ROE and who is not.
Our hiercharal structure ensures that reports are passed up along a long chain of individuals that review every incident carefully before contacting EA.

What happens when I report a server?
When a ranked server is reported that is potentially in violation of EA's official ROE, it is first checked for validity. Claims that are reported for any reason other than the intended purpose of the system itself are kept track of.
If the server is picked up by our system as potentially breaking ROE, it is further investigated by BFROE Directors and Officers. To avoid detection by would-be evasive rule breakers, BFROE staff will occasionally enter the server in disguise. If the server is deemed to be breaking ROE, it is forwarded to EA for further processing.
No final decisions are made by us or on our behalf.
What kind of disguise do they use? Who is their wig man? Do they use fake accents? Sorry for my skepticism guys I still think of BF2 as a game. When it starts adding dollars to my pocket then I may think about crying cheater. Until then I will rely on Punkbuster or the on/off switch on my computer.
