Wed. and Thurs. Racing?

Anyone ready to jump on a NSR race server this week? I will put one up Wed. and Thurs. and will try to do it twice a week from now on. I got side tracked with the OSS BF2 match, the mod server, and painting a car for PiLL.

Post your track preferences. Superspeedway, Medium size, Small, or Road Course. I can always switch it around once we get on. I will set the server up to allow whatever driver aids you want, just so we get a feel for racing the tracks and each other without too much worry about wrecking.

im in as far as track goes dont care. I would prefer the cars over trucks though.

I would like to play as well, Tomb you probably posted how. But I am lazy where do I put my car so you all can download the files, and vice versa. I would like to get a race going for a nice change of pace. Be warned I have played Nascar about 2 hrs so llook out for the Capt. He is dangerous.

Im ready...don't have my own paint scheme yet....do I have to use Photoshop...can i use something else...I made my sigs with PhotoImpact...track doesn't matter....I only played for about 20 minutes.....watch out for me also :o)

I will race a stock paint scheme for now. Track wise I like em all. Super speedway might be better for beginners, you dont have to brake. But Bristol could be fun for human pinball races too.

I have a NSR Server running with Dega and Daytona loaded. Just look for "OSS Test", the password is "teamoss". I have a 14 player server with 5 AI drivers to help show the racing lines and give early joiners something to run against.

Be sure that you have your game patched to v1.0.2.9 Beta.

A W E S O M E...THAT WAS FUN!

Racing with 4-6 OSS Wednesday night was a blast. I had a front row seat at 'Dega, sitting in 4th place and watching 5-6 laps of back and forth, side by side racing, between Lightstrike, Sl@ughter, and Tortelvis. Guys were holding there line thru the turns, making passes, giving a little here and there, it was great. I didn't know who to draft with!

Hope we can get more on. I promise I will set the server to run 5% races instead of 10% races.

Hey Tomb I didn't get to race with or against ya but I was racing with the other guys earlier and it was a blast and had a great time. Light and Coolio (cool aid kid) did pretty well and I stayed around and finished the first race so I was happy about that but the second race at Daytona I crashed in the first lap and was out for the rest of the race. Will do better next time I hope. Don't have my own car yet but hope to start work on one soon. We'll see? After I get it done I don't know what to do with it, LOL?

Heen.....I can honestly say that on Bristol..you had the most smokey, paint scraping, pin-ball wizard technique of anyone out there (and you beat my pathetic carcass). Way to keep those M&M guys scarred shit-less. I couldn't stay focused because I had tears in my eyes from laughing.:D It was a blast.

Funny how your style kept you in the front. Hell I was more scared than those peanut M&M's. They were so scared the were pooping peanuts out on the track.

But all kidding aside that was a lot of fun last night.:)
