Qualifing is over, Schumacher is on pole. His teammate Massa is right behind him. Followed closely by a mix of Renaults and Hondas right behind them. Scott Speed is P13, up ahead of his teammates on the Red Bull teams, and made it into Q2 Qualifing Session. Should be a great Grand Prix on SpeedTV tomorrow.

Wow...can you imagine a full field for the race? I was gonna go last year but fortunately didnt get my stuff together in time. I sure hope Shumi can hold off Alonzo for this one.

Well, half the field is out so far. The Ferrari's are still doing well. Fisichella is doing very well for Renault. Terrible race incident for Scott Speed in that first turn. Interesting race so far. Wish they could of red flagged the race, declared it null/void, and restarted in backup cars.

Great finish for Ferrari at Indy. I was hoping for Ralf to finish well to. Toyota was doing great to. Bad attrition in the begining really put a damper on the race. Hopfully F1 will be back at Indianapolis next year and years to come. Such a great circuit.

Well I watched that really expensive start to the race. What with how badly Bernie needed a good showing this year that had to hurt more than the teams involved. Not that seeing the McLarens take each other out broke my heart. I DVR'ed the race and will watch the rest later.

Makes you wonder if Tony George can bring them back or will they abandon Indy and look else where. That would be a shame, I agree its a great track for sure.

I'm a bit of a MacLaren fan, so the first lap was not great for me! It was a pretty good race after that though.

I'm not sure if I like the setup of the track there at indy. I would like to see a dedicated facility built for the US GP. Maybe in, say, Pennsylvania. lol

I think somehwere in northern calif would be an excellent choice. We have a couple of good tracks, but unfortunately they arent good enough for F1. I like the Indy layout due to its diversity. They cant really nail the set-up for the whole track. I guess I like Indy for the history of it too.
